With private coaching you can achieve your health & fitness goals
PRIVATE TRAINING
After a detailed 1 & half hour consultation, it is possible to then sign up to come for 3-5 1 hour sessions per week.
During the consultation we can assess what your fitness aspirations are, what you want from me as a personal trainer & coach, and assess which short and long term goals we can achieve together.
During the initial consult I will perform a full body analysis with measurements. This helps to keep records of achievements and aids in any fat loss goals.
After a verbal consult I will move on to various fitness tests to help me assess where your strength and weaknesses lie. We can discuss any worries you might have, or previous injuries.
I will have you perform a range of simple and complex moves to help me assess your mobility and range of motion, as well as any imbalances.
